Days One to Three – Cape Vulture Lodge - 2 nights
Arrive at Johannesburg International airport where you will collect a pre-arranged rental vehicle through Avis car hire and will start your journey to Cape Vulture Lodge. Here you will stay in a luxury tented suite that are elegant in design and inspired by the wilderness. Each Tent has its own private deck that looks over the awe-inspiring mountain range that dominates the horizon. When you come and stay at Cape Vulture Lodge, you won't be bored. There are plenty of options thanks to the variety of activities provided on the 1800 ha Cape Vulture Conservancy and the abundance of things to see and do in Hoedspruit and the Greater Kruger area. The Kruger National Park is just a short drive away and full or morning/evening guided game drives can be arranged for the greater experience.
Days Three to Six – Nsala Wilderness Lodge - 3 nights
Following your morning pursuits and leisurely brunch you will take a drive through to Nsala Wilderness Camp, situated in Umbabat Private Nature Reserve. Here you will enjoy a 3-night comfortable stay in one of the five thatched chalets, each being fully enclosed with a small private patio where you can relax amongst the wilderness. Guests can experience daily game drives and ample game activity throughout whilst enjoying plenty of down time in between.
Days Six to Eight – Umkumbe Bush Lodge - 2 nights
Following your morning game activity, you will continue your journey to Umkumbe Bush Lodge, entering the Kruger Park at the Paul Kruger gate and taking a scenic drive across the plains of rough terrain providing extra opportunity to get up close with nature. Upon arrival here you will stay in standard tented accommodation for 3 nights offering stylish and spacious surroundings each with a raised private deck overlooking the vast wilderness beyond. Home to the Big 5 daily game activities that are included are sure to guarantee good game sightings whilst being able to enjoy coffee stops and sundowners in the evenings.
Days Eight to Twelve – Lawhill Apartments - 4 nights
After your morning game activity, you will make your way to Nelspruit where you will fly via Airlink to Cape Town International Airport. Upon arrival you will collect a pre-arranged rental vehicle and make your way to the Lawhill Apartments that are situated at the iconic Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Here you will stay 4 nights in luxury accommodation overlooking the V&A Waterfront Marina. The ideal base to explore the Mother City and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
